Any booking forms received without payment may mean bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Your child does not have to attend the after school club every day.

- Please ensure that payment is made when booking.
- A refund will only be given with cancellation of club before 1pm on the date booked.
- Early booking is advisable as staff to children's ratios need to be met.
- Charges will apply for late collection (see overleaf for full list of charges).

The following is information on our charging policy for After School Club:

3.15pm-4.10pm - £5 per child
3.15pm-6pm - £8 per child

A snack of fruit or a biscuit and a drink is provided at around 3.15pm.
