Welcome Letter from the Headteacher

Dear Parent/Carer

I would like to offer you and your child/children a personal welcome to our school. I am very proud of the school, its staff and the work we do.

Everyone involved with the school has the well-being and best interests of individuals as the “key aim” of their work.

To give our best, it is very important that there is a good relationship between home and school, staff and parents, and that we keep talking to each other. We are firmly committed to continually looking at ways to improve; please let us know if you have suggestions to make. There will be many opportunities for you to help us to help your child. We will keep you fully informed of all opportunities and developments.

Time spent at a Primary School is one of the most exciting parts of children’s lives. The work they do during their primary years makes a huge difference to their lives-forever!

I take great pleasure in inviting you and your child/children to join the “family of Old Leake Primary and Nursery School”; to work with us to provide the best, most exciting and challenging time possible.

I look forward to seeing you and your child around school, and at the many out-of-school events that we organise.

Yours sincerely

Christine Bishop
