After School Care Charging Policy

 

Care from 3.15pm until 4.30pm      Charge of £2.50 for one child
                                                   Charge of £4.50 for two children
                                                   Charge of £6.00 for three children
 
· No meal will be provided to pupils that attend up to 4.30pm.
· Please be aware that after school care begins at 3.15pm, the children remain at school until 4pm when they are escorted to the Community Centre as a group.
· You may collect your child from the school before 4pm, however a charge of £2.50 will still be made.
 
Care from 3.15pm until 6.00pm         Charge of £5.00 for one child
                                                      Charge of £9.00 for two children
                                                      Charge of £12.00 for three children
 
· Children will be given a light meal and drink at around 4.45pm.
 
Children that are collected up to 15 minutes late will be charged for at the cost of half a session, for example: one child £2.50, two children £4.50, and so on.
 
Children that are collected between 15 minutes and 30 minutes later will be charged for at the cost of a whole session, for example: one child £5.00, two children £9.00, and so on.
 
Children that are collected later than 30 minutes late will not be allowed to be booked into the club in the future, (unless there has been an emergency and Miss Holland has been contacted to advise her of the problem). This will also apply to children that are collected consistently late.
 
It is the schools right to refuse a place to any child that is not collected at the specified times.
 
Please return the attached form completed with your child(ren)’s details and signed to acknowledge that you have read and understood the charging policy set out as above.
